My journey started as a college sprinter, continued through years of serving as an Army Ranger, and eventually led me into hybrid competition—HYROX, ultra-running, and the kind of training that demands strength, endurance, and grit. I've dealt with injuries, setbacks, and a car accident that completely changed how I approach performance, but every piece of that story shaped the system I coach today.
I'm a certified HYROX Performance Coach and BioForce Conditioning Coach, and I've worked with athletes, tactical professionals, and everyday competitors who want to feel capable, disciplined, and genuinely athletic. My coaching is built on real performance principles—strength that transfers, conditioning that lasts, and training that pushes you toward the athlete you know you can be.
